So finally David Root with the drowned Patrol (Here is the link to his Patrol engine problem discussion LINK) took delivery of it yesterday and I am very pleased with the end result.
Power is great and it looks even better under the bonnet.

I gave it a front mount intercooler setup, 3" exhaust and of course a brand new T3/T3 turbo.

May you enjoy your Patrol like never before David!

Dankie ouens

Rudolph, eknhet nie hierdie een vir n dyno gevat nie, maar hy trek baie sterk en dink dis in die omgewing van 330Nm en 90Kw op die agter wiele. Hy boost 0.75 bar

So there has been some more engine development on the TD42 engines.
This is the first 12mm pump conversion running alongside a modified T3/T4 turbo producing 1.7 bar boost.
The results are really a beast of a Patrol producing a staggering 170kw and 600Nm on the rear wheels while running 33" tyres with no calculations done.......this is true power on the wheels.

The blue graph at the bottom is a factory TD42 turbo bakkie dyno result

Please enjoy your very different Patrol Attie Diedericks
