Mike Whitfield is the big chief main dude at NissanSA as far as I'm aware. I would use Jacques Labotsky e-mail address and change his name to mikew, as Jacques e-mail is jacquesl

Russ I can't believe you are still having issues, well ok.... I can, but after Jacques stepped in when I had issues, the dealers jumped to assist me. I was quite happy once he stepped in. Send him the new e-mails too when you send them so Mike can see you have tried to use the channels to get assistance.
