Thanks for the info Peter. I was worried about that, and thats why I rather asked before causing trouble. I am already worried about putting double the torque to that TC compared to a standard Safari installation, and how the mounts and chassis fixtures are going to handle it. I started asking at BMG, as we have an account with them. Then to two other bolt and engineering companies here, and they all gave me the exact same answer, and that would be to have the bolts made. So I stopped the search there as I was not sure if those guys would really be making HT bolts for me.

I presently have the studs turned out around 10mm of there usually positions on two of the mounts, and a lot further on the last mount. So far in fact that I have managed to strip the first three turns in the casing on the one hole already. I would prefer those bolts to tighten up right to the bottom of there holes for maximum strength. I would rather take bolts that are too long and cut them down, or even make studs out of them.

I have 6 off M10 x 1.25 bolts, 70mm long. They have 30mm of thread. Can that help?

Thanks Peter, but I'm afraid not. But thanks for the contacts to those companies. I will be in contact with them and see what they have. I have however discovered other problems I first need to sort out. The safari to Hardbody marriage has caught me out again, and my crossmembers do not line up as I would have liked.
