Tony, call my friend Gavin Byrne on zero82 367 19one7. Tell him I sent you, and ask him to give me a call for the dimensions.

He did my previous set of rims, but that was 7 years ago, so I doubt he can remember the dimensions. He is in Rooseveld Park, which I believe is not too far from you.

Thanks Fanus, i'll let you know. Pete, how long did it take to do per wheel, and does the tyre need to come off each rim in order to machine the rim?

Tony, it takes about 10-15minutes once the machine is set up. But if you need him to do it while you wait, you will have to arrange it carefully. Tool and die makers are not used to doing business that way.

Unfortunately, the tyres do have to be off.
