Hello everybody

The final arrangements for Saturday is:

07H30 - Venue opens;
09H00 – Registration, meet & greet;
10H00 – AGM – paid up members only to vote.;
10H45 - Drivers briefing – safety critical;
11H00 - Drive out (start at Academic track, then to Eco Trail).;
13H00 - Lunch - Own fixings;
16H00 - Braai - Club sponsored charcoal, & braai packs for paid up members - bring your own slaai and braai utensils.

We will have a control list at the entrance and you will be required to complete the indemnity form at the gate as well. The cost for the day is R270.00 per vehicle with two (2) people. The Club will fund half of the entrance fee for members (paid up)and thus it will only cost R135.00 per vehicle with 2 people. Additional people is at own cost and the price per adult is R50.00 and children R25.00

You don't need to pay at the gate - you can pay me on the day and I will pay the venue.

We will make use of the Lapa and Boma for the AGM as well as the braai and chairs will be available.
