So in other words we do not need to bring water with as their website state? (maybe just drinking water).Alex Roux wrote: a) Camping at base on the Friday night, with hot water facilities.
b) A guide in front and back for Saturday and Sunday's driving.
c) On Saturday lunch is provided. The guide will braai boerewors rolls. You can also have "seconds". This is for every person (incl passengers, even though the price is per vehicle).
d) Guides also carry water tanks for those that wish to shower at the viewpoint on the Saturday night (so the Boegman clan need not bring the 500 liter tank)
e) Guides also make the fire for Saturday night.
f) Guides make pap & sous for Saturday night.
So essentially you only need to arrange for dinner on Friday night, breakfast on Saturday morning, a piece of meat for the fire on Saturday night, and breakfast on Sunday morning.
....
And I take it we do not need to bring wood for braai?

Yes, you need to bring your own drinking waterSJC wrote:So in other words we do not need to bring water with as their website state? (maybe just drinking water).

They bring limited water for those that may wish to shower
And they supply the firewood for Saturday night.
The wood that you may require to braai on the Friday night (before the trail) would that is still for your own account.

Re: Rust de Winter (12/13 November 2016)
Hi all
I have in writing that booking is confirmed for 11-13 November.
For more information about the trail you can go to: http://www.4x4atv.org/rdw.htm#bundu
For the payment of 750, banking details are at the following link: http://www.4x4atv.org/info.htm#bank
Reference should be: surname 11/12 Nov
(Just in case their admin is not slick, I would suggest bringing proof of payment along)
Payment must be made on 3 October at the very latest.
I will send a reminder on this thread during the week prior to Monday 3 October to make payment.
As regards the name you would like to see on your certificate, please PM me this, then I will update the first post on this thread with the name of your preference.
Else I will revert to your normal name and surname as it appears on the forum database.
Cheers

...Remember, you can still put your name on the reserve list.
I cannot promise anything, but we always try and convince the hosts to accept a 16th vehicle, in case no-one on the list of the first 15 cancels.
