Hey Gupster,
Ja, thats the plan , Boso trail. hoping i get in.
From kubu though i'll probably go to Maun for a night, then Ghanzi, then south gate (Mabua), or maybe another stop off in Kang then a short drive to Mabua the following day ,... crossing through / Around CKGR is biiiiiiiig drive

When we did this, we went from ghantsi to hukuntzi, then south on the "kaplyn". We just camped next to the road that night. Not supposed ti be legal, but two different DWNP vehicles didn't complain, they just stopped and asked if we needed help.
Mag ons ons kenniskry met lekkerkry aanhoukry.

Russ - can you post a pic of the route in Bots on map, if at all possible - I'm trying to plan a Bots trip in June too.

Russ
I am not sure of your dates, but we are planning to be at the following points and times along your route:
Etosha Okuakujo Camp site on 27 June
Etosha Olifantsrus from 28-30 June
Kunene river lodge 1 July
and Epupa falls 2 and 3 July.
There after we planning to head West down van Zyls and travel through Kaokoland (and you will be heading East towards Chobe)

Re: Overlanding: Namibia + Botswana - Final Route
Hi Alex, thanks for letting me know.
It seems you'll be there about 10days after us. I'll post dates though corresponding to each location so that its easy to see for everyone. We may still bump into one another elsewhere en route
