I got around to editing my footage of the ascent, and I've posted it here:

I may have uttered one or two expletives during the trip up. This is not something I would normally do with the kids in the car, but I blame the adrenalin after my father got stuck twice in quick succession.

I've also noticed that I have a spelling mistake somewhere (it should be "shadows" - not "sadows").

Sadly, when we got to the lodge at the top, I forgot the camera on "record" and it ran full (and probably flat as well). I didn't have my laptop around to download footage, or cable to recharge the GoPro, so I've got no hi-def video of the trip down. Perhaps it's better that way. :rolling: :rolling: :rolling:
