MZIMKHULU GAME RANCH

Post by Jorrie »

We stumbled upon this game ranch today, and what a surprise.
It lies in the cliffs and bush of the Oribi flats along the Mzimkhulu river and has a huge bio-diversity. It has one of the last known colonies of the Cape Griffon.
This ranch can only be reached with a 4x4 with low range and offers luxury lodging, bush camping, fishing, river rafting, game viewing, hiking trails, butterfly stalking, and lots more. (For Christo - there a also large pythons on the ranch).
This place is a real gem and worth a visit if you are in the vicinity of Port Shepstone.
Thought I would share it with the Patrol forum.
