Hi Schalk,

Before comitting to a Deepcycle, have a trawl through the forum, many guys here (myself included) have been disillusioned with deepcycle and are looking at alternatives like AGM etc.

Yskas?? Dis n WAECO 55 liter

In my humble opinion get nothing other than a lead crystal battery from Deltec - it expensive but will last double its closest competitor and has more than double the deepcycle handling capacity - I tested a 100ah LC battery by running a 5 amp continuous load (a light) for 24 hours and then started my patrol - ie much better performance than 100ah!!
See some of my old posts on this - there are links to videos where people have done more scientific tests and results are astounding.
Only issue the high price!
