And what I like about the Nat Luna system is I can link the batteries together if I need some extra juice. Helps no end.
With great Power comes Great Fuel Consumption

As a general rule you have to take your alternator output keep 30a for your car but limit the Current charge to 50a

So both battery systems is in ie. the old National Luna as well as the newly fitted HCDP 30A DC-DC. Both have new batteries as well and to top it off, I now have a 110A alternator compliments of Graham :blonde:

Tested it - I think.....

All seems to be working fine so holding thumbs that there will be enough cold beer for the next two weeks as it seems that it will be HOT!!! QQQ

Tested the HCDP with the new 55L fridge fully loaded with warm "drinks" started up at full blast and then the battery still takes in an average of 12-15amps while driving. this is also whilst the National Luna system is running with the two 32L fridges on at full blast from warm.
