ROOF/CARGO NET

Post by KOOS BEST »

Hi all, I am trying to install a net below my rooflining of my GU.
I made one for my GQ and that seems to be easy, I used the grab handles and at the rear I loosened the lining and inserted rivet nuts( a rivet we put into a hole with a thread in the middle , so you can insert a bolt into it) in holes of the body with a 6mm threated eyelits I could secure a net with bungie cord. I dont seem to get the the same holes in the GU that I can use.
The nice thing about this net, it holds all the jackets, hats and junk you need even maps and books. I have found a pic of one in Aus but it s very small. I want mine to go all the way to the rear. Have any body here installed one in the GU?

I see this guy nave the same problem as me , look at the shave marks on the barn door sill, the paints is off , mine looks the same.
