Thanks Peter. I collected the parts from the courier this morning. Now for galvanising and then hopefully fitment this weekend.

Hi Peter

Galvanised and fitted the bash plate and transfer case protector, but I still need to figure out the fitment of the diff protector. Are the any tricks to fitting the two threaded rods? It looks like the one on the short or drivers side of the diff needs the break line to move, but I thought that I would check with you first.

This is as far I can get underneath without having to go for a shower.

Yes be careful of that brake pipe. If I remember right you put the U bolt in position first and then slide the protector on.

Looks nice Bruce

Yes, brake pipe must move a little bit but can usually be returned to it's original position afterwards (but don't allow contact between them). Also be careful of the ABS lead.

Thanks Peter. I was concerned about the lack of space between u-bolt and break line, but I'll create some space this weekend.
