Daai boost is mooi hoog. Myne het ook mos leke hoog geboost. Met die dyno nou die dag. Toe se daai ou vir my hy loop te lean as gevolg van die hoe boost. Hyt myne gecurb op 1bar. En toe begin hy krag maak. Hier by die see loop hy 1.2bar. So as jy hom nie nog feul gaan gee dan gaan jy ook dalk te lean loop.

Fanus jy sal op een of ander manier daai wastegate moet kry om te werk dat jy die boost kan limit anders gaan jou bakkie te lean loop en nie krag maak nie.

Ek sal maar spaar vir n pomp mod en n aneroid/boost compensator laat op sit....dan gaan jy krag maak

Moet die boost gelimit word om nie te veel te boost nie, of sodat dit nie te laag boost nie?
Wat se verskil sal dit maak as mens die fuel bietjie op stel? Vir ingeval hy nou te lean loop.

Alternatief, is ek lus om die actuator pypie terug te sit en dan te kyk om die boost te vermeerder. In teendeel ek is nogal nuskurig om te sien hoeveel het hy geboost voor die pypie af geblok is. (sal net die egt's moet dop hou)...

As jy nou nog fuel by sit gaan hy net meer boost en gaan jy nie die mengsel van fuel en air kan reg kry nie.

Sit die pypie terug en maak n toets, ek sal ok laaik om te weet wat hy geboost het

Het die pypie terug gesit, hy boost nou net 0.5 bar...
Watse kant moet die actuater pyp(metaal) gebuig word om boost te vermeerder?
(Anders gaan ek die rubber pypie maar net weer blok, ek mis klaar die boost...)

Die egt's was te hoog op 0.5, het die rod "gemanipuleer" met 'n stukkie flatbar en 'n hammer.. :wink: het hom eers te veel gebuig toe boost hy 1.1 - Het hom toe weer terug gebuig, nou boost hy 0.9 bar. 1 bar as hy hard gedruk word.(harder as wat ek gewoonlik sal ry), normale ry omstandighede gewoonlik onder 0.9bar. EGT's is nou ook onder beheer.. :thumbup:

Iemand het errens op die forum genoem dat die sump plug van 'n patrol selfde groote/thread is as n cruiser sin. Ek het toe die cruiser se "plug adaptor" vir die olie temp sender by madman gekoop. (paar maande terug).
Lang storie kort, die cruiser se adaptor is selfde thread maar die plug is mm weier. - so die ding pas nie. Het dit gister agtergekom na dat ek die temp sender met locktight in die adaptor vas gedraai het. Dis nou wat gebeur as mens nie eers die goed toets nie. :redface:

They are the same as the Cruisers yes. Might be that you were just supplied the wrong one. Tinus went through the same thing
