Yip Frans is in Bellville, near Stodels nursery, parallel to the N1 and close to Old Oak Road if I recall correctly.
If you speak to him, I'm sure he will also give the Patrol you wish to buy a good once over to see if you are getting a good deal or if there may be a few things hidden. Its sometimes difficult to get hold of him on the phone especially if he is tucked in under the bonnet of a vehicle, but you will not be sorry for contacting him !!
