Can anyone assist me to find a good used fuel tank. I believe that the tank is the same for a 4.5 and a 4.8. I also need the main fuel pump and fuel gauge unit for the same vehicle which is a 4.8 which I belive is different from a 4.5. My fuel pump unit is completely cotoded due to water in the tank.

Alternatviely, you can also get an aftermarket long range fuel tank installed by Northerh Offroad in Strijdom Park.
It is 40 litres larger than the standard main tank and carries a one year warranty.

Hi Guys!
Thanks for all the helpful replies - It took me a while to get back on here as I've been in the Kruger etc.. and I forgot how to view my posts ;)
We found a tank and may still need the pump so will contact those above if need be - thanks again.
Just to explain the need ... look at these pics!! Can only imagine what the tank looks like - is this just water in the petrol in the Bush or is there another cause? Common problem?
