I really like the grabbers (mt), have only read good things about them, would like to try them one day. If I had 15" rims, there would have been no other option for me. The 16" grabbers are over 3k.

Mmmm, we getting back to what I have been saying for a long time, and yes I know some cars just can't fit them, but I like the simple old 15" rims. I think the range of sizes and the prices are better on that size rims.

That said, I am struggling with 33x12,5 tyres on 8,5J rims. I say struggling, just because I feel they need to be at least 10J, and I can't find/afford them. Errols had steel 10J a while ago at R750 each, but it seems that has been discontinued.

SJC, you say the grabbers are ok, but they have no sidewall tread. I want tread down to half way to the rim. The KL71's could climb walls with the tread grip on the sidewalls, ask Cedric about what you could do with them. OK, you also get to mess up tie rods and ball joints on a IFS VERY fast, but it's worth it.

The kumho's are not cheap though, about R4k for the 33x12.5's..
Only thing about the 15" tyres is that the load rating seems to be a bit on the lite side..

Wilkie, as much as would love to take them, my budget is not going to allow for this now. I am still struggling to continue with the SFA build...
