Is that rear view camera permament when the car is on, or only on reverse?

Hey Alex
Its only on in reverse. but I didn't fit the Camera, it was already installed. You can set it up to go on whenever you want though.

Re: Dirk's GQ Patrol got some TLC
I have made mine operate off a button so I use it when I need to when reversing but more importantly I have set it so that I can monitor a trailer while travelling.Anthony Forgey wrote: ↑18 Jun 2018 08:31Hey Alex

Re: Dirk's GQ Patrol got some TLC
Personally I think anyone who buys a second hand Patrol that has had any accessory fitted should be sending it to you if they do not know how to do it themselves.Anthony Forgey wrote: ↑18 Jun 2018 16:58 Thanks Guys.

Both mine had some really dodgy wiring and the Firetruck should have burnt to the ground long before I got it. Battery cable straight to an inverter lying loose and bouncing around behind the seat and not fused was just one of many examples.
