Tjaart, ek is tempted maar die tyd is nie heeltemal reg nie. Jy's baie welkom om dit te neem. Indien jy nie belang stel nie sal ek met Gerhard praat maar soos ek se ek moet eers 'n paar ander dinge op die Patrol doen.

I replaced mine with one of the combined units (GPS, DVD, Radio, etc) from Stop Shop. The GPS software that came with the unit was IGO. I now managed to get Garmin working on the unit. I can now use T4A maps as well. I used it last weekend when I went to Graskop. Did some some gravel roads and off road and no problem with the unit.
I spliced the units wire in to the Nissan wire harness. No need to cut te wires. I can now put my old radio back if need be without having problems with the wire loom.
The only negative point on the new unit is that the radio receiver is not as sensative as the original radio.
