PLEASE HELP!!!

Guys,

I need some serious assistance :helpsign: Who can I phone at Nissan SA?????? My 4.8GRX went in for service and to fix the central locking on the 21st of May 2013 at Witbank Nissan. the central locking did not work and I was told that it is a warranty claim (only 35 000km on the clock then). Nissan informed me that the warranty was accepted and they will fix it. Now six months down the line they fixed 3 out of the 5 doors, LHS rear locked and cannot open and back door not locking with centre locking system! ! In the mean time I get a lot of promises and excuses and finger pointing amongst the lot at Witbank Nissan. I have lots of "geduld" but this is getting too much now!!! :cry:

Any advise or help would be highly appreciated :helpsign:

Dawid, I will send an e-mail to one of the guys at Nissan SA for you. Lets see what happens. I'm very sure that the dealer will be contacted and they will resolve this for you.

Just hang tight for a bit.

Hi Ricster,

Thanks for the assistance :thumbup: Had two calls from Nissan SA already telling me they are looking into the issue for me! They asked this morning if Nissan Witbank phoned me or not, had to say no not yet :surprised: They promised me they will sort it out ASAP :blonde:

I'm pleased we ( Nissan Off Road Club ) could be of assistance. Please keep me posted on the progress. I like to give feedback from your side too. The poor bloke that gets all the complaints, I'm sure would appreciate some positive feedback from this, but obviously as long as you get the service required.

Sometimes we, and me included bitch and moan about Nissan on various things. But like many HUGE companies, sometimes that personal touch gets lost. This at least shows that Nissan SA are generally willing to assist. Now its up to the dealerships to ensure a positive customer service front line is shown to the customers. :thumbup: :thumbup:

Hi Cedric and All,

Just got some good news! Nissan SA phoned me and Witbank Nissan is going to fix my Patrol for free :blonde: Maningi thanks for the assistance, please convey my "dankbaarheid" to all that assisted me :clap: So, after about 8 months I will be able to get all my doors working again! :thumbup:

Nissan SA did their part, only a pity that the Witbank blokes dropped them so badly :redface:
