Hanbrake cable removal
Does anyone know if it's possible to remove the handbrake cable without dismantling the drum and thus without unbolting the propshaft?
Mag ons ons kenniskry met lekkerkry aanhoukry.

Re: Hanbrake cable removal
Yeah .... ditto on what Micheal has said. I had a to do some maintenance in there and had to remove the prop bolts and then the brake drum to get in there. It wasn't a difficult job to do. I still pulled the patrol up on ramps so I could sit under there instead of lying down. You get better leverage on those prop bolts.... unless you have an air impact wrench
