My guilty secret

My poor car. It has been banging and crashing for a while now, due to the lower control arm bushes being rather tired. I have neglected it, claiming poorness and also enjoying the added flex.
But this is getting beyond ridiculous...
So now the question is, what to replace with. My car is lifted, but not much (probably the springs have sagged somewhat over the years), so I can probably get away without caster correction, although on the other hand I feel that caster should rather be too much than too little.
However, I firmly believe that rubber is much better in this application than polyurethane. Don't get me wrong, poly is a magic material, but in this application, I firmly believe rubber is better as it is more flexible and handles heavy vibrations better (poly collapses after a while).
The cheap option would have been to have them rebuilt by somebody like Syd's, but I have had bad results with this in the past. So in the end I bought genuine.
For those that are interested, the Nissan part numbers are:
Lower control arm bushes (axle to control arm joint): N5456001J00
Lower control arm bushes (axle to chassis joint): N5447601J00
Steering damper bushes: N56119V000
