Re: Diff ratios

M.a.w. die difflock oor plaas?

Re: Diff ratios
Back to original topic:
Superior Engineering in Australia got 4.63 & 5.13 diff gears, but only for the H233 Diff.
This should work lekker with 35-37" tyres....
Pitty they dont have diff gears for the H260 diff.
Which Patrol models got H233 rear diffs?

Mostly the auto box variations have the 233 and the manual box variations have the 260s.SJC wrote:...Which Patrol models got H233 rear diffs?

Re: Diff ratios
I am not entirely sure but I think:
H233:
All GQ wagons.
All 3l Y61's
4.5's with auto boxes.
H260:
4.5 and 4.2D manuals (by the way, has anyone seen a 4.2 diesel auto)
all 4.8's
All pickups (Y60 and Y61)
I am not sure of the current 3l's like Josh's...

Re: Diff ratios
Ek dink dit gaan moeilik raak as jy moet daai diff lock actuator gaan probeer in daai diff housing in kry.

Re: Diff ratios
Sover ek weet is my bakkie se ratio is 4.11:1.
4.625:1 ratio

Re: Diff ratios

Re: Diff ratios
For the H233B dif:
http://www.roadrunneroffroad.com.au/Dif ... Rear-.html
"A common upgrade when moving to larger tyre sizes is to fit the highest factory ratio available (4.625:1) to correct driveline gear ratio. Upgrading from 3.9 or 4.1 gears to 4.625 will give you better acceleration, and improved control when engine braking offroad."
Wrt ratio's for the H260 diff:
"We can help with crown wheel and pinions, rear 4.625 h260 price is $860.00 and Front h233b is $450.00
Rear is genuine nissan and front is Made in Japan Drivetech brand. please note there would be shipping cost on top depending your location
If you would like further info please feel free to contact us on 0409 376 166
