Just lifting back doesn't fix the problem but a bit of time until the clutch works normal again.
I'll try the fluid change as cheapest way first.

Mine was at the end of the day the clutch booster, Nissan asked R16500 for a new 1, you can recon them but I dont rember the name of the place.

Ok, problem sorted. The hydraulic pipe to the slave cylinder had a very tiny leak.
So the fluid slowly disappeared. After installing a new pipe and refilling it works again.
