DAVY .. mirrag [youngster "Oom"?]
I have driven with LOBO [1981 SAFARI] any and all the routes / trails that we did with the OLD Nissan group [even before we became the Club]
NEVER needed diff lock [WANTED? yes NEEDED? No] My Sani [Sawwe Sannie] also did NOT have lockers [LSD in the back] and the V6 Hard Body [BRUTUS] also went everywhere with just the LSD ..
Thus, if you have the articulation, you can go most anywhere with that monster just as "HillBilly" is .. long enough shackles, and you are there

My wife goes everywhere she wants with the Jeep Grand Cherokee, never heard her ever complain about not having difflock either.

Well, I'm pushing hard to go coils all round with a three link plus panhard when I get done... one day. Articulation should be way better than the IFS was. It's just my crawler gear ability that may tempt me into places that difflocls will be needed. I want to climb biga$$ rocks :blonde: . I'll watch and see how long it takes for the driver ability to catch up with the Nissan, then decide if it's worth it, or needed, to "enhance" the Sani any further.

Are you still waiting for shipment? How much will(or did) it cost to "land" here after customs?
