Die boost is vir my bietjie onreelmatig..
As ek voet neer sit dan boost hy op na 2 bar toe, hy gaan ook soms in "limp mode" in, van soos ek verstaan is as gevolg van overboost.
As ek net mooi weg trek dan boost hy op na 0.9 toe. dis asof die boost op die verkeerde tyd inkom.

Is daar 'n manier wat ek kan toets of dit die Airflow meter of daai boost control valve is?

Hi Paul
have you blocked the EGR if so you need to adjust the turbo ,it is explained in the reference doc that will cause the overboost

Paul ek sal daai vacume braker valve check wat op jou airbox sit. As hy reg is dan is daar aan daai VNT skroef gekarring. 2bar is excessive. Hy gaan hom op 1.7 al in limp mode gooi. Vir standard feuling moet hy 0.9bar boost op full throtle. Myne is gechip en getune. En boost max 1.2 bar.
As jy meer as 0.9-1.0bar gaan met jou boost gaan jy lean loop. Goed vir EGT maar hy gaan nie trek nie. Hoer Boost werk net as jy feul kan by sit. My kar het vroer 1.4-1.7bar geboost. Ek het gedog dis kwaai. Maar nadat ek hom by steves op die dyno gehad het. Het die ou vir my gewys hoe als in mekaar pas. Hyt my boost terug gebring na 1.0bar en feul by gesit. Die uit slae in verskil op krag volgens dyno was amazing.
Ek het nou baie gebabel. Maar ek hoop jy kry die idee.
Maak ook seker die pypies na daai vacume braker switch is reg om op. As hy verkeerd is gaan hy jou turbo oop trek sodra jy start. En hy gaan oop bly tot jy hom afsluit.

My QD32 boost ook heelpad 1.5-1.7 bar. En dan is hy gevrek. Ek sal maar probeer om my boost ook af te bring na 1 bar toe.

Bo 1 bar maak turbo elkgeval net hitte...

So bietjie tyd gehad om aan die Partol te krap

As ek die 2 pypies by die turbo vacume solinoid om ruil dan boost hy sommer dadelik oor 2 bar.
Ek het hulle terug gesit soos hulle was, en die VNT op die turbo, 1 vol draai in gegee.

WOW wat 'n ander kar, kan nie glo die verskil wat daai een draai gemaak het nie.

As ek van stilstaan af voet neersit dan trek hy goed deur al sy ratte, gaan glad nie in limp mode in nie, boost spike vir so oomlik op 1.5 maar dan kom dit weer terug na 1.0 Bar toe.
EGT's gaan dan oor 650 maar ek dink nie dis abnormaal nie, ek ry darm nooit so nie.

EGT's lyk vir my gaan so rondom die 500 wees op 120 km/h.

ek sal bietjie gaan toets en my bevindinge kom post.

Baie dankie vir almal se insae om die Patrol vir my reg te kry.
