Johan,
Self doen is maklik.Draai die enjin todat die nok by die klep wat pla die verste weg van die "follower" is.
Draai dan die verstel skroef (14 en 17 sleutels) heeltemaal in. M a w tot by grootste gaping.
Maak seker dat die kontak area van die "follower" en "valve stem cap" asook die nok nie beskadig is nie.
Sit dan alles reg terug en stel die toleransie. Kyk sommer na al die ander kleppe sn ook.
Daar is baie maniere om die enjin te draai en kleppe te stel , maar my finnige manier is:
Wanneer die twee nokke van n silinder oorskakel van uitlaatklep na inlaatklep "rock " die kleppe.
Op die enjin werk 1 en 6 saam , 2 en 5 saam en 3 en 4 saam.
Wanneer 6 rock , stel 1. wanneer 1 rock , stel 6. dieselfde met 2/5 en 3/4.
Maak seker dat die twee nokke wat jy stel aan die teenoorgestelde kant van die nok is as jy dit stel.

Thinus,
2 stroke gaan nie werk nie.
Meeste vulstasies verskaf Valve Ease as n bymiddel wanneer hulle nie LRP het nie.

Hello Johan . Have you checked your cam shaft lobe is not worn off to one side ? The spring that holds the rocker onto the pivot , is it hooked in correctly ? Those L28 motors loose lots of power if their tappets are not set nicely ! Now do you know your L28 cam can be set for: torque , mid range , or top end ? (setting 1 , 2 , or 3 on the cam sprocket). Now I hope that helps you in some way . Cheers for now guys .
