I do use the K&N filter that must have oil on and that is what I had in the Patrol when I bought it in 2008 - maybe I must get rid of that filter.

I did not clean the pipe before.

Now it is better to pull of in 3rd gear as after Saturday's Bridgestone - I could still pull off in 3rd gear but the power was a bit less.

hahaha.... thank goodness they can check now just with a blood test..... can you imagine how scary it would be going for that check and the doctor had both hands on your shoulders.... :rolling: :rolling: :rolling:

Actually I suppose it something we all should go get checked !!! I'm 45 and still haven't been for one of those checkups..... not exactly a clever thing either :oldtimer: :oldtimer: :oldtimer:

My Patrol het van Oktober begin meer petrol gebruik en asof hy 'n bietjie minder krag het.

Ek het gedink dat ek te erg met hom ry en dit is hoekom hy meet petrol gebruik maar ek kon ook 4x4 roetes doen sonder problem.

Ek het ook weer na die PCV valve gekyk en hy is nog baie skoon.

Die laaste petrol verbruik was 4.4km/l en toe het ek gister spark plugs gaan koop en die in die engine vervang en hulle getoets en die een plug het nie gewerk nie!

Ek het ook vandag met my Patrol dorp toe gery en nou het hy meer krag en hy ry baie goed. :blonde:

Sy petrol verbruik sal nou weer beter wees - ek sal dit weer toets maar het al 100km gery voor ek die plugs vervang het. :thumbup:

My vorige petrol verbruik was 4.4km/l en ek het 'n 100km gery voor ek die spark plugs vervang het - die een het nie gewerk nie.

Ek het toe nog 300km gery met baie meer krag en het gister weer petrol laat vol maak en nou is my petrol verbruik in die dorp area weer terug na 5.2km/l. :blonde: :blonde: :blonde:

Herrie,die skoon maak van daai valve help,maar net vir n rukkie..die veertjie binne in raak pap van hitte en ouderdom,
N nuwe valve kos R500.00 .ek het myne vervang en ek het n moeesa verskil dadelik agter gekom en dis net 5 minute om te vervang.
ek kry 6 -6.7km/l op my Trol :mytwocents: :mytwocents:
