Help me convince the wife on a 2nd one
Come on guys. I need help thinking of reasons to convince my wife that we need another patrol.
She thinks it’s the most ridiculous idea she’s ever heard of. And my reasons of ‘because it’s the best car ever made’ just don’t fly.
The 4.8 needs a buddy. I reckon another 4.8, maybe a manual?
We have a small little Hyundai i10 that I use for the commute, it’s not the best, but you can’t argue with 5.5l/100km!
So come on, help me with some convincing arguments here!

Graham
Don't you really need a working vehicle with which you can pick up heavy equipment, or maybe haul some large items around (like perhaps a new dressing table for your wife)?
Perhaps one of the cupboards in your kitchen is in need of repairs.. and you have to buy wood to repair that...and wood is big?
In that case, how on earth can you do it without a pick-up? And we all know that the only pick-up you should ever buy..... is a PATROL!
Cheers!

May the road be long.. and dirty.

Re: Help me convince the wife on a 2nd one
Maklik:
1) Speel kar;
2) Toer kar;
3) Kerk & werk kar

Haha, funny you mention that. The patrol is literally standing in the driveway as we speak with a massive coffee table inside it that needs to go to JHB on the weekend!XenoBlitz wrote: ↑15 Mar 2018 07:53 Don't you really need a working vehicle with which you can pick up heavy equipment, or maybe haul some large items around (like perhaps a new dressing table for your wife)?

Thanks for the tips guys, I will start writing and practicing my motivation presentation to the board now then.
