Ian...
The next Patrol you must buy for your wife!
Just make sure she thinks it's her idea.

Re: New Patrol!
Dirk - How much of difference did it make in the stasiewa? I am thinking of doing mine but it's one hell of a job on the Y61 and quite costly.offroadbiker wrote:Like this.....
On the bakkie it changed it into a Rolls Royce by comparison.
I see you used a different brand. Where did you get it and how much?

Re: New Patrol!
I went to my local radio shop. Audio village in Krugersdorp.
Definately made a differance. It was around 1k 3 years or so back.
There is a few different types shop around all the souns places does this sort of thing.
My current GQ is also fitted with this.
Make sure to put against the gearbox helps with the heat there as well.

Re: New Patrol!
I wonder if anyone ever done a proper noise measurement before and after - would love to know, objectively, what the diffs is - not to cut out the beautiful 4,8 engine noise, but more for the road noise and knobbly tires??
After you done this, do all carpets etc fit back exactly or is there rumpling and creasing?
