The rocker or tappet gap will need to be re adjusted to the (I think) 0.32 mm gap to get it to spec, then all will be good again

Jip as Cedric said it makes no difference, you just set the valve ckearance back to 0.30mm and all is back to spec and the valves will open just as far as they did the day it started for the first time
