Baie dankie vir al die input manne. Hou so aan. Ek het reg gekom met die heat wrap. Tel dit Vrydag in PE op. R340 vir 10 meter. Ek het 90 bends by steel en pipe gekry vir R33.00 stuk. Ek het ook n stuk pyp gekoop by n exhaust plek wat klompie buige in het. Ek sny en pas maar soos ons gaan. Dan ook 4 meter reguit pyp van Steel en Pipe.

Die exhaust vorder maar stadig. dis 'n groot job...
Ek gaan more PE toe en sal dan die heat wrap kry wat om die down pipe moet gaan, so hopelik in volgende week sal die partol weer loop.
Hoop van harte dit gaan die einde van daai hoe EGT's wees.

I'm busy looking into making a 50L water tank that fits in underneath the body, basically opposite the sub tank. The only thing that sits in the way is the exhaust. To overcome this problem one would need to run the exhaust parallel to the propshaft.
So the reason why I am highjacking this thread is to ask if you can see how easy it would be to make the exhaust parallel to the propshaft till it gets to where the body rises around the rear diff (behind the back seats). From there the exhaust pipe can bend to the side and up and over the diff ( similar to the existing exhaust ).
This just allows one to have the option to easily have a water tank done at a later stage if one wants to....
