Re: Service Manuals
The link at the start originally only contained the Service Manuals. I've tracked down a '98 owner's manual which is available as "OwnersManual.pdf" in the root of the following directory:

I'm not sure when the TB48 was release, and this manual is apparently a '98 Y61 manual. But I see it has specs for TB45, TB48, TD42 and ZD30 motors. Hope it helps.

Re: Service Manuals
Got it.
Took a trip to lake taal. Worked well. Couldn't make it up steep grade (14deg) paved road in 2wd. Dropped in 4low, second gear@ 2k rpm and boom climbed easily.
Shes need some attention but all hoses, belts, fluids and tires are good.
Trying to sort the headlamps. The battery was bouncing around so i strapped it with some wire. In the process knicked the bat terminal and sparks flew. Then the headlamps were not working. The side lamp turned on. I checked the following:
-bulbs ok
-fuse in car for headlamp 1and2 ok
-fuse link in engine brown ok
I'm thinking its the illumination switch or i shorted the wires. Any thoughts.
