I have a cover/rubbish bag holder from Jackalberry. It fitted my original 31"x10.5", and also my cuurent 33"x 12.5".
I do not however know if they keep stock or whether they would be prepared to brand it for you.

I got a full cover + 2xbags made up for me by Camp-cover (about R650 2 years ago if I recall correctly) (for 285/75R16s)

outdoor warehouse has a good universal canvas cover that has 2 sections in, i use 1 for the braai grid and tongs and the other for charcoal and rubbish. It works like a treat as i can swop it around between the spare wheel cover on the Trol and the one on my bush trailer. Cost about R700 I think. It-s also easy to take off and wash out

Went to BG Auto fit as Grant suggested, he makes a wheel cover with bag for R250
