Wat van SAC. Het jy hulle al oorweeg. Ek het stage 1 laat doen by hulle. (Air filter, chip, branches en freeflow).
Ek het die Patrol laat diens by Nissan en omtrent 100km later die conversion laat doen.
Voor - 98.9kw @ 4100 RPM en 2674N @ 2206 RPM
Na - 117.1kw @ 4139 RPM en 3118N @ 3051 RPM
Jy kan dadelik die verskil voel en hy klink tonne beter! Dis egter waar wat KagisoII se: "Jy ry agter die klank aan...." en dan help niks vir die "consumption" nie.
Ek is nie n' ou vir syfers nie maar hulle beweer 10 - 20% besparing. Het die koste van die conversion soos volg ge-"justify" vir myself.
Brandstofprys +- R 7.00/liter
Gem stadsverbruik = 5km/liter (R1.40/liter)
10% verbetering = 5.5km/liter (R1.27/liter)
Verskil = 13 cent (Prys van conversion R8300.00) so dit neem net so oor die 60 000km vir die ding om homself te betaal....as jy nie agter die klank aan ry nie!!!! Moet se die verbruik IS beter.
Bottom line - Die Troll klink baie moooi.......

ek's nou toetentaal vandie topic af - maar wil net uitwys - JB, daai avatar kiekie van jou, die ****^^^%$@#@# [voltooi in eie tyd] het daai wal gestaan gelyk maak [want een dom *** vent met baie gels het mets sy Prado taar afgegaan en sy hele agterbuffer afgeskeur - toe laat kom hy sy broer om te bewys 'n Tyotta KAN daar ry - en toe skeur diè se agterbuffer ook af - en toe dreig hulle vir oom C en toe laat hy Xander daai walletjie 'afplat'

just had the Cheetah exhaust and chip fitted, I did some phoning around as Maus was recommended and found out that Maus fit and tune the chip , but send the vehicle to Cheetah for the exhaust. I arranged for Cheetah to fit the exhaust ( R2.5k for mild steel & R4.5k for stainless) and Maus for the chip ( R2.9k) improved overall grunt, but the exhaust note is a bit loud, can't say I have seen any difference in fuel consumption, but have only done short trips,

Die syfers van Vanderlinde verskil van die wat in November 2010 by SAC verkry is, maar volgens die grafiek is daar 'n 21% verbetering in kw en 11.5% in Nm.
Ek kan 'n verskil voel wanneer ek wegtrek tot en met 100 tot 110 km/h maar daarna voel dit dieselfde as tevore. Ek kan wel sien dat ek langer op 120 km/h bly teen 'n bult uit met die "overdrive" aan voor ek begin om spoed te verloor. Met die o/d af is dit ook nie nodig om die petrolpedaal so diep te trap om spoed te behou nie. Die "freeflow" is baie stil en het 'n baie mooi dreuning wanneer ek die pedaal plat trap. Die enjin is ook nou baie stil, daar is nie meer "tappet" en ketting lawaai nie. Ek kan nog nie sê of die petrolmisbruik beter is nie want my regtervoet is nog te swaar.
