I had the same thing, I emailed my service provider (Imagine Ips) and told them of the issue and a day later I was able to post again.
Not sure what caused it but I have a feeling it had something to do with one of those online petitions that go around that I filled in. If you did the same, let me know so I can confirm it...

*Edit: I remember also using my Telkom 3G card for a day or two and could have been in the same time frame..

it's quite embarrassing but I don't have the answer, but it sometimes happens to me too when I'm in Tanzania
. I just went through the cumbersome process to delisting, but previously simply rebooted and it was then ok for a few days.
It appears to be part of the internal security measures, however, I haven't changed anything and it's only started to happen recently. I don't want to drop the defences of the Forum, but please let me know if it happens to more of you. Some info below.

Yep - on Telkom 3G now as we speak and no blacklisting experienced - must have been a temporary hick-up...

Thanx for the feedback BTW the our issues could be related as I'm also using 3G.
