There are a number of ways:
Method 1. If you have a PhotoBucket or Flickr Account:
Open your photo on your hosting site and right click on the pic and click on properties.
Highlight (select) the URL (link), copy it
and paste it into a your posting. Now highlight it and press the Img button
Click preview and then submit when you're finished your post.
Method 2. If you do not have a PhotoBucket or Flickr Account:
I have created the facility to do this on the Patrol site using a MOD. You can either save your images in the groups gallery or your own gallery
Method 2a: Patrol Group Gallery
Click on Gallery
You will see 2 sections, the top own is the groups gallery and the bottom, Personal albums. In the Group Gallery there are already albums
where you can upload your pics. e.g. click on Vehicles.
Here you can view other pics or upload your own. To upload, Click on Upload.
Give your pic a title and description: Click on Browse to locate the pic on your hard drive - Click submit.
Now your pic is loaded on the server. If you want to show the pic in a posting, follow the steps above i.e. go to the gallery and make sure
you click on the relevant pic, the right click, properties, copy the link, paste into you posting, highlight and press the IMG button.
Method 2b: Personal Gallery
Use this Gallery if you want more control over you photos. The first thing I suggest is to go and set up your gallery albums.
To do this click on the User Control Panel
Now click on the Gallery tab.
Click on manage personal albums and add your own albums (categories) and sub albums (sub-categories)
To add photos click on Upload Image, OR access the menu by clicking on your Personal Album using the method in 2a above.
Posting the images. Same as above.
Hope this helps.
