Re: Brake pedal feel different on first brake application

I would think any brake repair shop/workshop would be able to sort that out for you. Maybe get a price from Nissan and do a comparison. I wonder if a spares shop will have them too, as I think they are also pretty much a generic seal used on many vehicle manufacturers

Re: Brake pedal feel different on first brake application

Hey hey, long time no see !! You have been very quiet for a long time...haha

I wonder if the master cylinder isn't starting to wear out slightly. Possibly needs a seal kit change. I doubt it is on the slave cylinders. But sadly I'm not too clued up on the braking systems

Re: Diesel Pump Solenoid TD42

Have you had a look at the plug, possibly a wire broken off......

These pics are ancient from my rebuild years back, I assume you mean this one grey plug on the IP?

Re: Diesel Pump Solenoid TD42

Nope....diesels don't have carburetors..... Not too sure where else one can get one of those. I would give Marinus a shout ( Terrain Tamer ), He may be able to source one for you. I would however thing that it will be pretty much a generic part, as it isn't exactly a computer controlled part. I woul...

Re: Patrol - daily drive

I used my Iron Maiden for 7 years every day, and only in the last 3 months have I been driving a Kia Sportage around as my daily drive, purely cause it's paid for and is actually now not much cheaper to run than my Patrol. I miss the Iron Maiden EVERY day that I'm not driving it..... it is simply ju...

Re: Patrol Spotting

Saw a nice white Patrol going west on Michelle Ave in Randhart yesterday at about 14:00, and then a nice silver Patrol with a reg no that started with an F also on Michelle Avenue traveling west at about 7:50 with fridge and some stuff in the back. Sadly I was not in my Patrol at the time.....
