Hi all... Is there a vendor for the tie rod ends and front bar ( that the steering damper is attached to), with swivel joints at either end, apart from the Nissan agents...? I've attached referring photos I've recently upgraded the front and rear suspension with OME equipment, and am thoroughly happ...

s/h Door L/F & R/F seals + rear door top-lip seal available
Good day... I've just replaced both front door seals ( VWYgiTFuQlGOYx00StXaOQ_thumb_9824.jpg those actually attached to the door, and not the body frame), as well as the rear body-attached lip seal, above the back door HO5VSJgZTCyCH537%oGzoQ_thumb_9823.jpg . I've initiated this not because of failur...

Has anyone any knowledge on the Patrol SWB variant
Spotted a SWB Troll at the V&A last night.... quite a "DISH"...
Were these variants available ever in SA? Are there any owners of SWB's in SA?

Re: Air Springs - rear suspension height leveler (under load
I finally had the air spring helpers fitted the correct way around, and tested the Troll on the N2 (Swellendam to Breede River / Infanta gravel road route.... done a total of +-200km on the gravel, including the De Hoop whale outlook (spotted at least 15-20 whales from vantage point), then off to Br...

Re: Air Springs - rear suspension height leveler (under load
Hi Clem, I've just had some feed-back from Gremel Tech, after sending them photos of the finsihed installation..... ... AND yes, they say the white stepped spacer was supposed to locate in the upper spring opening, with the wider flat side up against the red bellow, and the shallower (not sh...

Re: Air Springs - rear suspension height leveler (under load
Hi Clem, With my application, I've added the Gremel Tech Air Springs, in addition to the already fitted TJM Gold series upgraded suspension.... so I think the shocks are already the heavier duty type... Now I'm just waiting till next month, for the first medium off-road trials, as we're off to the B...

Re: Air Springs - rear suspension height leveler (under load
Hi Peter, Thanks.... your suggestion rings true, as the Troll responds best to the temps I'm trying. I do think i'll go to 0.8-1.0 bar then, for the Air Springs, then I should avoid the possibility of pinching, and still have an assist reserve, should I have more than 2x passengers + groceries, as i...

Re: Air Springs - rear suspension height leveler (under load
Hi Tinus, After reading ur reply to my entry, and feeling the rear a little stiffer than before fitment, i saw that the garage had inflated them to 2.6bar instead of the prescribed 0.5bar (unloaded) ....!!!! I adjusted and have a "back to near normal" firmness from the rear suspension........

Air Springs - rear suspension height leveler (under load) ??
Hi, After recently having experienced headlight height negative issues, when fully packed and overlanding, I've just had rear suspension Air Springs fitted, and can't wait to test them out in August, on the next "away" trip. Can anyone tell me the PROS vs THE CONS, regarding this upgrade, ...
