Re: how much does your Patrol weigh?

Had work done on iNyathi at Supa Quick recently -- Before my Patrol there was a Croozer bakkie d/cab with canopy, drawers, roof rack, rt tent and all his camping stuff it appeared. The lift [hoist?] took the Cruizer 76 up with ease. On goes iNyathi [drawers (empty) recovery kit, roof top tent [80 Kg...

Re: Camping power requirements

With our Outreaches [up to 8 per year, Botswana Richtersveld and that in hot months I am totally dependent on the freezer to stay alive. We bought a Waeco 55 wayyyy back, and it still works fine. Over time I will place photo's of our adventures with iNyathi.

Re: Patrol rear off road bumper options

I have a close look at various makes and am still convinced the BURNCO is the best design of the lot for toughness and long lasting PLUS Hein buids his bumpers with a "dip" beneath the spare wheel. Thus I can carry my 33 M/T tire on the barn door where.

Re: Patrols for Sale - Various sites

Oom....I don't think that that is a 1999. Did the pickup shape also not change in 1998 to the GU shape? Can be a 99 in the bakkie form me thinks. I Remember back in 2011 Monty joined in on our Botswana Clothing outreach. He had a GQ shape 4,2 bakkie and that was a 1999. I know, coz I did the "paper...
