Don't have a solution, but it sounds like a mechanical problem (i.e. the mechanism) rather than an electrical one seen as turning the key in the lock does nothing. Disconnect the battery for an hour or two - then try to unlock with the key. If it does not unlock then - you have found the source of the "stuck" door. You will then need a "Slim Jim" tool to open the door manually and then you can get to the inside of the mechanism. EITHER the linkage has (i) disl...
